Operations Manager

What Our Operations Manager Does?
  • Manage HR responsibilities such as Recruitment, Hiring, Onboarding and Maintaining employee records etc.
  • Represent the company at universities through informative presentations, establish connections and identifying potential talent.
  • Managing necessary assets including laptops, accessories, (digital assets) and other essential equipment such as display screens, keyboard, mouse, test devices etc.
  • Manage team budgets, daily arrangement, procurement of essential items or requirements, and evaluate attendance activity.
  • Organize and manage team events, managing expenses with ensuring fair cost division.
  • Make content for social media platforms, capturing memories of events, showcasing teamwork in the community etc.

What Skills are required?
  • Good verbal and writing communication skills for emails, meetings, reports, presentations, social media etc.
  • Good organization management skills and leading team towards goals.
  • Experience with social media management.
  • Ability to handle different situations and ensuring effective outcomes.
  • Basic photography skills and an eye for capturing memorable moments.
